glad to hear it, now if he can only keep his **** under control when the post season starts.

I think you'll see a fresher Lidge this year, as Garner gives more save opps to Wheeler and Qualls here and there. Last year, we didn't know Wheeler was a stud until after the horrid start, and Qualls was inconsistent to start the year, and turned it on at the end.

Also, Lidge should really never be called on to have to pitch more than one inning, with the quality of bullpen we've got right now. Its time for him to settle into that closer role completley, keep guys off-balance, and gain that ultimate confidence that made him truly "lights out".

Man, I've never been more ready for the baseball season... too bad the Rockets are the main cause for that, as normally I'd be totally focused in on them.
