Damn, the coogs are beating the heck out of some school called Florida Tech 28-0 with 12 minutes left in the first half. The new guys are really impressive. Oliver Lafayette has 8 points and true freshman Tree Adeife has 3 blocks. Can't wait for December 3, they play Arizona on ESPN2 at 6 pm. Lets rock Hofheinz like the 80's.

what in the hell are you talking about? i contribute to alot of different stuff. apparantly you missed the preseason UH thread, i was all over that one.

all i'm saying is that this is florida tech...i didn't even know they existed. :cool:

No surprise there. I expected "the show" to whoop up on Fla Tech.
I will say this, the intensity never let up. All the guys hustled.

It looks like the Houston Cougars are back again with Tom Penders leading the way! I would love to see Penders beat his old team, the Teasippers.

Well come see them play VCU on Saturday night then.That should be a better test but I believe the Coogs will be up for the challenge.

Nice. Glad to see UH building their program back.

Not really a UH fan, but I always like to see the local schools do well.

And having a good college basketball team in Houston, is always a good thing.

so i can't comment on anything other than SWT or texas state...??? whatever. i watch alot of sports and my both my parents went to UT, so i follow them closely. i go to all the games here at texas state, football and basketball, so don't try to pass me off as something i'm not. i was in the seats when we were getting pounded the last couple of years in football, and i've been going to see our basketball team get beat all the time too. whether we are good or not i support my school, check the thread i started on texas state football jackass. i'm sure you follow or root for more than one team, so get over it. don't get upset because i mentioned that fla. tech is a joke of a basketball program and you're celebrating a pounding that was enivitable. i have nothing against UH, but lets see how good they are against some better teams.

It was basketball. Final Score was 131-62, UH wins. True Freshman Emmanuel "Tree" Adeife had 8 points, 15 rebounds, 8 blocks in 19 minutes in his first college game. :eek:
