I pose this question to all of you who think we need to fire our General Manager and hire a replacement. If you think this is true, then who should we replace him with. Who has the credentials to GM this team and why?

Ive heard that if Jimmy Johnson lands the head coaching gig (almost inevitable that Capers is gone), then he would handle both head coach and GM duties. I would think that would be alot of work for one person to handle, but then again Im not the one doing it.

First time to post here. What to you guys think of Mike Martz as a possible head coach. Is anybody an upgrade over Capers. I think Mike Martz would work better with David Carr.
